Payment Methods

We accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, America Express, Discover Your credit card will be charged the total amount for the merchandise purchased. Shipping will be charged to your credit card once the order is shipped. At this point your shipping total will be calculated. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate billing address.
• PayPal – Go to www.paypal.com and register for a new account if you do not already have one. Please make sure that the email you registering with is the same as the one you used to register with www.PayPal.com. Log in to your account and choose the tab "Send Money." In the "Recipient's Email" field, enter "sales@hundredpercentwholesale.com"
• Cashier's checks or Money Orders made payable to: Hundred Percent Wholesale Please note that your order will be processed once we have deposited the cashier's check or money order.
• Wire Transfer - Instructions will be given in a confirmation email once an order is placed.

Address Verification

Address verification is a precautionary measure HundredPercentWholesale.com performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address.
Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply give us a call at 1-800-390-1119 to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.
Orders with the same billing and shipping address are more likely to ship within 1-2 business days.

Shipping

Merchandise will be shipped via UPS and is subject to UPS standards, regulations and delivery limitations. HundredPercentWholesale.com makes every effort to ship all orders within 2 days of purchase. NOTE: Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the usual 3-5 days.

• Shipping Charges:
  All orders will ship by UPS Ground. Shipping charges on orders are estimates. We will charge and inform you of the actual shipping fee after the billing process
• International Orders and Shipping:
  For International orders the cheapest way to ship is via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping will vary depending on country, size of box and weight. We will inform you of the shipping charges.
• HundredPercentWholesale.com is not responsible for any VAT/Custom Duties and/or Import Tariffs required by the receiver's country. International Orders may be subject to VAT/Custom Duties, Tariffs and/or Taxes by the destination country.

On sale items

Please note that for on sale items all processed orders are final. There is no return, refund or exchange for those items.

Return/Cancel

We do not accept returns or exchanges, with the following exceptions:

• Manufacturing defects and errors in shipping: subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns have to be made within 10 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any canceled orders.
• Any product that is returned must have a return authorization number that is issued by HundredPercentWholesale Returns Department. To obtain a return authorization number, please email us at service@HundredPercentWholesale.com. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package when it is sent to HundredPercentWholesale. Any packages received without a return authorization number written on the package will be declined.
