1. How much does it cost for shipping?

 

Shipping is basically calculated based on the actual weight of the merchandise order once it’s packed and completed; and it also depends on the destination zip code. Note that this rate calculation is based on shipments shipping out from California.

 

If you have a UPS account and prefer us to bill the freight charges to your account, please provide the necessary information in the comments section of the order. Or if you prefer to ship via Expedite service, other than the normal ground shipping, please also let us know.

 

2. What do you use for shipping?

 

We use UPS ground for domestic shipping. You can choose next day air, 2 days & 3 days select. The shipping cost will be added to final invoice. You can also use US postal service for international shipping. 

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

 

We Welcome International Orders! The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. We use USPS for all international shipments, unless costumer prefers there own shipping method like UPS.

 

We Can Process by Credit Cards Or Wire Transfers To Our Bank In US Dollars. 

 

Our online prices and invoices do NOT include duties or other taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.

We will use US Postal Service. It is cheapest shipping method for international shipment. 

4. Procedure for Bank Wire Transfers:

  • After the order is placed, we will fill and weight it.
  • We will email you the exact total, including shipping costs and give you instructions on where to send the bank wire transfer.
  • Upon our banks receipt of the transfer, (usually within 24 hours from when you sent it) we will ship your order to you.

5. Procedure For International Credit Card Orders:

  • After the order is placed, we will fill and weight it.
  • We will email you the exact total, including shipping costs.
  • We need you to fax a copy of your credit card (Front side and Back Side) with a written authorization in English and signature of cardholder that states that you allow HundredPercentWholesale.com to charge your credit card and ship to your address.
  • We need the issuing bank and phone number of your credit card company.
  • We need a valid E-mail address, contact phone number and fax number.
  • Fax the above information to (323) 726-1781

(Note: International orders may take more than 24 hours to process due to verification purposes)

6. What is the delivery time frame?

It takes about 1 to 2 business days to process an order, and then we will use the UPS to ship out the merchandise. You can click on the "UPS Worldwide Delivery Times" link to see how fast your orders will get to you. Use "Commerce" for city and "90040" for postal code as ORIGIN.

 

7. Has my order been shipped?

 

Click the "(MY ACCOUNT)" link at the top of our website to check your orders status. You need to login to check your order status.

 

8. May I cancel my order?

 

Unfortunately, once your order is entered into our system, we will be unable to cancel the order. Our customers appreciate our fast shipping and prompt delivery of order(s). In order to maintain our consistent customer service and timely delivery, we cannot delete submitted order(s) from our system. To prevent mistakes in your order(s), we advise you to please thoroughly review your order(s) prior to submission. If you receive an order that you would have preferred to cancel, you may return the item to us and a credit will be applied to your account. Simply follow the instructions under Ruturn Policy. Please note that certain rules and restrictions may apply.

 

9. Do you have a catalog that you can send me?

Please note that we introduce new products on a weekly basis therefore we do not provide a printed catalog. Our online catalog is the most comprehensive and updated catalog.

10. What materials are the handbags made of?

As description on each product. They are made of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride-aka man-made leather), PU (Poly Urethane-Shiny type of PVC), fabric, nylon, suede leather, etc…

11. Do you dropship?

Due to the complexity and high cost of implementing the dropship program, it is not feasible for us to setup the program at this time. However, we will reconsider it in the future. 
                                                                                                                     
12. Why does it take so long to get the products?

We have multiple warehouses and depend on what items the customers have ordered we may have to wait for the products from all the warehouses to get to our fulfillment center before we can ship out. Therefore it may take longer for some orders to get shipped out.

13. Do you have the items in stock?

If the product is displayed online then it means it is in stock at that time. However, due to the high volume of orders some item may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed.


14. I need a RMA for my order.

Please check out the product description of the products. If the information is not available please email us at sales@hundredpercentwholesale.com and we will try our best to provide the information.

16. Some items are missing from my order.

As indicated above our normal fulfillment rate is about 90% - 100% therefore it is likely that some items are out of stock/backorder/discontinued.  If you have been billed for items that are not received please email us at service@hundredpercentwholesale.com and we will investigate the matter immediately. 

17. I have a show/deadline to meet in a certain date; can you deliver by that time?

We will try our best to meet customers’ deadlines. However, due to the high demand on our products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal. Please note that HundredPercentWholesale.com does not guarantee to meet any deadlines therefore customers cannot use it as a base for cancellation of orders.

18. Do you sell fake/replica/knockoff fashion accessories?


No, we don’t. We only sell high quality, non-brand products.

19. I have my own design and wishes to custom made my merchandise, can you do that?

Yes, we can manufacture any fashion accessories, as long as it is legal to do so. The minimum requirement is 1000 pieces and different products have different requirement.


20. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express,Paypal with confirmed address, Cashier check/Money order, and Wire Transfer  Please note that we no longer accept COD as a payment method.

21. Do you offer discounts for volume purchase?

Yes we do.  Basically, for order

$500 --3% off listed wholesale price

$1,000 -- 5% off listed wholesale price

$5,000 or more - Please call for pricing. We will offer the most competitive price for your order.

(Applicable only to regular priced mdse. On sale items are excluded)

If a customer is interested in purchasing a product in boxes, special discounts will be given.

22. Do you do closeout sales?

We do have excess inventory, please contact sales@hundredpercentwholesale.com or call at (213) 748-5882 for more information.

23. Must I submit the reseller information?

If you are located in California and want to waive the sales tax 8.25% from your order then you must submit a California Seller Certificate (http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe230.pdf) with us.  Please complete the certificate and fax 1-323-526-0727 or email sales@hundredpercentwholesale.com to us.

24. I want to pay by wire transfer, what are the instructions?

26. How long is the backorder or presale?

Normally if an item is backorder, it will take between 4 - 6 weeks to restock.  We do not restock every item; only items that are popular may be restocked. For presale items there is an estimated date of arrival in each of the product’s description.

27. Why is my credit card charged when you didn’t ship my order yet?

There is a difference between “Authorization” and “Charged”. Like any other credit card purchase, the credit card company will put a hold on the funds that are reserved for the merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge when we shipped the products, therefore the transaction is just authorized.

28. Do I need to have a company in order to buy from HundredPercentWholesale.com?

HundredPercentWholesale.com is a business to business (B2B) website that sells handbags, shoes and accessories to companies who resell at wholesale and/or retail levels. For customers that require shipment into the State of California, you are required to email or fax a valid Seller Permit to our Customer Service at (323) 201-5092
