women’s shoes
Tuesday, January 29th, 2008Yesterday I made three rounds around the same shopping mall, stopping by all shoe shops to find that little perfect pair that would just suit me right. Then I went to another mall, another and another but no shoe in the world seem to fit me right. This is not an uncommon scenario at all. In fact, when it comes to women’s shoes this is the most common scenario.
While shoe makers still can’t figure out why women never become satisfied with the gorgeous shoes out there; they make it a point to come up with the weirdest looking pairs. The truth is women own a whole lot of shoes; sometimes, maybe even too many. Fashion mantras pertaining to women have opened doors with new horizons for sellers and manufactures. Nowadays, not only do they make women’s shoes but also matching color belt and handbag. These attractive packages are tempting but are usually very expensive. So if you have a taste for matching accessories, do a little but of investigation. You might find accessories with the same look but different brand and quality for lower prices.
So here is a little insight for all you shoe maniacs out there. Maybe it is time for us women to get over the shoe craze? Notice how women’s shoes retailers take advantage of our emotional longings? Do you know how much money you’ve wasted on good looking shoes which you never wore? Ok so here’s the deal. From now on, allocate yourself a budget for shoes and don’t exceed it. The next time you go shopping for shoes, tell yourself not to be too picky. Don’t buy everything you see because they wouldn’t fit you right. Be concerned about your safety and health when you select your shoes and lastly but not the least, consider yourself self-sufficient if you have a pair of low heeled black pump shoes, a pair of neutral color strapped pump shoes, a semi casual flat pair, a pair of black high heeled code shoes, a sexy looking bling bling high heel, a pair of booties, a pair of sneakers and some everyday comfort shoes. Phew! That’s a lot of pairs, but if you can feel happy owning that ‘little’, you’d save a whole lot of money and time you waste shopping for women’s shoes.
